Anyone use misoprostol combined with omeprazole to treat ulcers and if so what results did you see, where did you get it if other than your vet, etc?  I have a RX from my vet to purchase it and she did recommend a pharmacy.  

Yes, have been using it for years. Misoprostol is effective for hindgut ulcers. Don't use it on pregnant mares and don't handle it if you are pregnant, because its a prostaglandin that can cause abortions.
