We are headed to Ft. Worth this week with 4 horses. Where do you like to layover with horses in Amarillo?

We've stayed at the Big Texan several times. Out behind the steakhouse and the motel they have a mare motel/horse pens. 

Haven't been through there with horses in a few years but the pens were clean. Motel rooms are old but clean.

I've always laid over at Big Texan. 

You can rent stalls at the Fair Gounds

We have stayed here multiple times.  The runs are really nice.
