Location: Montgomery TX | I don't have any particular injuries or anything I'm dealing with, but my mare just loves it!! I have a friend that gives her a treatment every so often just as general maintenance. She'll stand there and almost go to sleep. She just feels like she feels good after a session. |

Location: Illinois | I have my horses done at the end of a massage session, they always seem to feel better afterwards. It's been great for my KS mare. And I usually have my back done every time as well, feels so much better the next day. If I had that kind of money sitting around I'd buy one in a heartbeat. I do think they get a bit overused now though, with it being a popular business endeavor. I think we have 10 girls that do it within 30 minutes from me. I prefer to have a trained bodyworker do mine though, she doesn't charge me for it if I have the massage done on them. But would be nice to hit their normal spots with one more often than once a month. For my back as well lol. I've borrowed one and have gotten to use one hands on myself and really liked it. More so than another one I tried, I think it was the Pulse brand one.

Location: Da Booshes | The trainer I work for has a PEMF machine (not the Magna Wave brand)I use it on the show horses and see results with sore muscles during the show season. I use it on my horses too, they love it. I also get a PEMF treatment on myself when I go to my chiropractor. It's purely my opinion, I think it works best when used along with massage and/or chiropractic work. I think they compliment each other. I know I feel the greatest when used together on myself and can see the results on my horses. It's not a miracle, thinking one session is going to cure all that ails isn't the way to think about it. Might be a consideration for those paying. Not sure what the going rate is. For those who get joints injected, be mindful of when of your injections are done and PEMF treatments. Wait 10 days if you want your injections to stay. If you've nerved a horse due to navicular, do not use on the feet, it'll shorten the lifespan on your nerving. |

Going rate here is $50, plus usually a trip charge depending on where they come from unless theres multiple horses being done |

Location: LouLouVille, OK | Im the odd woman out here... I have had it done several times and didn't notice any difference... I tried it as a general session, nothing real sore on anyone that I knew of. I can't say from experience on an injury... My horses loved it, but they love the massager I bought years ago too... I can't remember how much it was... the girl I had, had thermal imaging too and I really liked that part of it |
