| I believe cost to be an issue for some barrel racers to justify. Look into kinesiology tape on the human side. At one time they marketed a horse brand, might still do but it didn't seem near the quality but that could just be me. |

You could probably just take something, like a flexible ruler cut to size, and athletic tape it to their nose and get the same effect as a flair strip |

Location: Dubach, LA | Yeah, I'm thinking $10 a run? Naw. I can do this with baking twine and duct tape. My vet doesn't seem to think there's enough rigidity and n the flair to actually hold the passage open. |

I wear the human version to bed every night. They don't look like they do much but they make a huge difference in breathing. I'd assume the same goes for the horse. Can also just put some vicks in the nose, I think it works just as well |

| The spray on glue for cows definitely works! But I have had a few instances where they where they were hard to get off using this.... my horses looked at me like oh heck no when I broke them out after that....

These are awesome! I have a pair that I'm sure I have 120 runs on. You can see them holding the nasal tissue out. I cut the strings off, and I've never had one fall out unless I let my horse rub on something. |
