so have a horse with lower suspensory tear. 
I would like to know everybody's yays and Neighs about it. 
I tried to google what a average cost would be but could find anything. Don't get me wrong every vet and area of the country is different. But are we Talking $200 or $2000.

Probably depends on the clinic but I believe its around $600-700 per dose. Has to be shipped on dry ice and its expensive in itself. IDK if clinics charge anything on top for administering it, esp if they are going to do it ultrasound guided for a suspensory... but yeah you should be able to do it for under $1000. we dont use a ton of it so pricing is a little rusty in my head. 

My gelding partially tore his Superficial Digital Flexor Tendon and I discussed Renovo with my vet....estimate is about $700 for just the injection. We went the PRP route since the donor was standing right there, I wanted to treat it immediately, and it was half the cost. I've not ruled out Renovo on his next visit; I've heard it's the cat's meow.

As of 9am this morning.

I used it in June on my mare that got injured during a run in April. The vet didn't want me to use it right away, but in June her healing seemed to have plateaued so I took her back and we injected with Renovo. I saw progress in her healing almost immediately. I also did 2 rounds of shockwave on her. She didn't have a tear but moreso a sprain/torn fibers. It was approximately $1,100 but I believe it depends on the total amount used. 

I would 110% bite the bullet and eat the cost, versus trying alternative therapies that will just end up costing you the same (or time) in the end anyway.

Anyone use it for feet issues? Specifically arthritis in the coffin bone.

LOL... I think her font is stuck on something she doesn't even realize LOL  But I had a vet tell me they are using Noltrex with alot of success in a coffin joint... when I researched that drug, it said it could last a couple years, which would be wonderful

I've used it a lot, hocks,  stifles, collateral ligament tear, coffins , even did regional limb profusion on a front leg for extreme coffin joint inflammation .... been happy with it everywhere but the hocks... had 2 vets tell me that was the least favorable place to put it.
