Father God, guide me today and always to do all things that will bring glory and honor to You Amen

Return to your rest, my soul, for the Lord has been good to you Psalm 116:7

the perfect love our Father in heaven has for us, and His deep desire for us to " cuddle in" to His presence and love for us. I realize in these moments that I'm a lot like a child wanting to be held and hugged, cuddled. It's easy to lose touch with God's love for us, a tender and protective love that Pslam 116 describes as " gracious and righteous" full of compassion, v 5. It a love where,like a child, I can curl up in God's lap, at home in His delight for me. V7 suggests that we might need regularly remind ourselves of God's good love and then crawl up into His waiting arms " Return to your rest, o soul, for the Lord has been good to you" YES! INDEED HE HAS!  Oh, my Lord and Savior, THANK YOU! For Your perfect love for me, HELP me remember that love and to rest in Your goodness and delight in me. AMEN AMEN For it is with God all things are possible Matthew 19:26  

BLESSED NEW YEARS EVE ALL...GO into the new year 2022 with gratitude, and REST in the Lord daily God's presents is our weapon.
