Veteran Posts: 225 Location: Montgomery TX	I do love what NJJ said above!!! ALL of it!! I do not make resolutions, but I do have goals I want to achieve this year - and have them written down with a plan to make them attainable. One day at a time - a little something every day/week to work on. Mostly - it is to be consisitent, with my fitness, nutrition, riding and race entries - don't be going all gung-ho, burn out then quit and have to start all over. That's where resolutions have gotten me - burnt out and starting over; over and over and over again.
