Has anyone ever used a yoyo headsetter with a hackamore? if not anyone use this devise in barrel racing?

I don't use that one in particular but I use a bungee head setter. That way there is not a solid wall they hit but one that has some give. Mine is made by Martin saddlery and goes over the pole and nose for balance.

My mare needs a solid wall.
