So I am new to all this..my daughter is a new barrel racer. I had the opprotunity to buy this mare. and so I did. She is in training at this point. By the genetics what can you tell me? From what I have read some of you have wonderful insight.

There are a lot of great bloodlines in this mare. She should have potential.

Should be a nice mare. The Designer Red/On The Money Red are fast, but often really hot. The FG in her may balance that some, but given its on the dam side it might be more prevalent. So she may need to be prepared for her to get hot, idk what level your daughter is riding at, but just be aware she might have to deal with that. I think overall though she should have a nice career for your daughter, best of luck!

Nice bloodlines. Personally, I think how a horse is trained has a lot to do with them getting hot. On The Money Red is far enough back that it should not make a big difference. That far back you get 1/8 or 12.5% from each horse.

Those are excellent bloodlines. What a lucky girl--being a new barrel racer and getting a horse like that! Good luck!
