Planning on listing my 8yo gelding this fall and need an idea of what to list him for. He's APHA, Streakin La Jolla stud and Royal Quick Dash mare. Extremely fancy broke and dead quiet at home. Would make a great advanced youth horse. Easy to be around and haul. He's SOLID 2D open horse (200+horses) and has hit 1D a few times with me at local shows. Here's where I need the help. He needs maintenance. Navicular cyst that is manageable with the right care plan between performance vet and farrier. No other maintenance needed. I know he'd be worth a good bit without the maintenance but need an idea of where to price.

Picked up a 1/2D gelding from TX late fall, 8 years old with a navicualr cyst as well. Bred decent. He was $10K if that helps
