For Christmas

Might as well be ready. 

Kind of, not really. As much as I've tried to get into the spirit this year I just can't do it. Christmas used to be my favorite but the last few years I just can't get into it. 

I still haven't got all my shopping done, I hoped to be done in Vegas but it didn't happen. I'm to the point if I can't get it delivered by Christmas they'll get it whenever it shows up. 

NOT !!!!! I am not putting up any lights, decorations or Christmas tree ..... I just don't "feel" like it!

I did make Christmas "goodies" (choc & peanut butter fudge, no-bake cookies, pecan & cherry tarts, peanut butter and sugar cookies) for trays to go out to my neighbors! 

My daughter and son in law are coming down for Christmas. I am ready for THAT! Haven't got to see my son in law in over a year and I adore the man. But money is short this year for everyone and I can't do Christmas like I love  to. Still, my daughter and son in law are coming from Colorado and I think my 5 year old grandson gets to be here for Christmas, too. My brother is happier than he has been in 20 years and my Mom and Dad (81 and 91 years young) are still going strong along with my amazing father in law (89) and my son is going to start building a house for he and my grandson. So my cup is overflowing and I AM ready for us all to be together. I have had so many good things happen from tragic events this year. Sorry, I had to share all this because when I started writing this I was a little down, but now I realize I and my family have pulled through this year with so so many blessings. Merry Christmas to everyone and I hope you ALL have a great end of the year. 

Not in the slightest!  Seems like Christmas has come fast this year... I'm still scrambling trying to get gifts for everyone... I've barely started. 

I have everything ready but I think I have bought the stupidest things. I think I've been crazy
