I am looking to start a new production company and produce 2-3 barrel races in Tunica, Mississippi in 2024. I am looking to start building my team. I'm hoping some of you may have recommendations or be interested yourselves. These will all be paid positions. Pay will depend on experience. Most positions can also include overnight accommodations either at a hotel or in the form of an RV hookup. Pay can also be exchanged for RV hookups and/ or stalls.I am currently in the process of setting dates, but looking at dates in late March, late June and early November. Here are a few of the positions I'm looking for:

(2-3) Office Secretaries - worked in a barrel race office before would almost be a must. If you haven't worked in an office before, you will have to be a fast learner and willing to take directions in a fast paced environment.

(1) Show Runner - technical knowledge a must. Help get the office hooked into the facilities internet, network computers together in office and on announcers stand, help get timers set up and working, etc... be extremely proactive in making sure everything runs smoothly.

(1) Hospitality Director - make sure the the staff and vendors are fed and happy. Help with any questions that may arise. 

(4) gate workers - horse knowledge greatly preferred. Will work shifts, so could be really good for someone that would like to enter the barrel race as well. 

(6) barrel setters - horse knowledge NOT a necessity, can be trained very easily. Will once again work shifts, so could be really good for someone that would like to enter the barrel race! 

(2-3) Crew Members - people willing to come in 24-48 hours before the gates open to the public to help set up banners, timers, office, etc. 

PS: I have producing experience, I used to be a State and District Director for a well known barrel racing organization. I have a ground crew and an announcer already lined up as well as photographers and videographers, but I HAVE to build up the rest of my team to make these events a success.
