Hope someone can help me. I am newer to the horse world, my son was getting into barrel racing and we got a great horse but after 2 years found out (through MRI's) that for longevity reasons the horse should be transitioned to lower level events and stay away from the speed and torque of barrels. My son loves the horse and is willing to switch events and explore something else if it means he can keep riding this guy so I need to sell the Vernon Purdy saddle we had made for him. It is a 16in, beautifully made tooled saddle never used. Any advice on how to get the most money out of it I need to invest in a different saddle for whatever our trainer thinks would be a good direction to go in for him.
