I currently own a 8 year old appendix mare. Below are her papers. She is currently clocking in the 1D/2D against tough north texas competition and this is cruising with a few kicks here and there. Recently we competed in a NFR series that was set up like the NFR pattern and we were 16th out of 140+ tough riders with a horrible first barrel. I would like to know if anyone has had any horses with her kind of breeding and what kind of outcome they had? I would also like to know if she can be "competitive" in the bigger shows and what kind of speed she has to offer. I feel like she has a ton of potential to be a very competitive horse, I would just like a second opinion and a second point of view of her and her breeding.
