Soft rides, cloud boots, stratus, etc...

I need a hoof boot that I can turn a horse out in a paddock in. I have soft rides and know their issues. My concern is that I’m afraid if she gets to running around she may hurt herself. The soft rides seem to cause the pastern to drop more or something. I know the clouds are lighter and seem more sturdy. This horse is broodmare only now unfortunately but the last few months is staying sore when out in turn out/ fields. I’ve been painting feet with pine tar, using magic cushion etc and she will be fine but as soon as she steps on a pebble in field she limps and then of course it bruises her and she limps more. Vet recommended the boots for turn out. I also wondered if it would be cheaper than keeping shoes on her.
