443,000foster kids humans  kids in usa last year.  i see resuse dogs cat horses goats etc. what can we do about these kids/

me  i thought about a few years  ago but being in early 60's  wheelchair bound  only partially independent  not a good canidate

i am not real smart or savvy  but why what can we do. heartless it sounds dog  vs kid   horse vs kid ...   why can we not do for the kids
