Lets keep each other up to date on ideas and things that work......sounds good to me.

My Mother in law has done real good this past 4wks.  She is walking and working out but really watching what she eats. AND no Cokes!!!  She has lost already over 10lbs just starting out.

She is also eating some of the slim fast bars and snacks.

I too am trying to get baby fat off alone with thyroid level.

Any advice on that......anyone have low thyroid?

Advocare has been the best thing that ever happened to me. It is the only thing that has ever worked for me, and it does work.

I don't cook special meals. I don't try to choke down shakes and snack bars that taste like cardboard.

They do have the shakes and snack bars but they taste good. Almost to rich tasting to be good for you.

It works for me and if anyone wants more info just let me know.

Yes, you can get Advocare from me. I will have it sent directly to you.

Have you tryed the Energy Drink? I like it. Also like the Cherry Fizz drinks.

I buy more for myself too. But I have my son on the products too, so I'm buying for 2.

I can certainly understand that. But, when I priced other products it actually came out cheaper. With Slim Fast you buy every thing seperatly and add it all up and you've spent more. Trim Spa if you buy all the products you'll spend more.

Once I bought my first kit I didn't run out of everything at the same time. So now I just buy what ever I need so I just had that first larger purchase.

Besides, the important thing is This One Is The One That Works!!

I am only down another 4 pounds.

I guess it's better than nothing.

I need to exercise I guess.

It is real slow getting it off.

Hey guys!  Sounds like everyone is doing great.  I'll be joining you in a couple more weeks.  I'm due April 14th with my first baby and have 30 pounds that need to come back off quickly.  I plan on just cutting out a lot of the fast food and stuff I know is bad for me, plus start back riding, and doing Tae-Bo and working out on my Crossbow (Bowflex).  Hopefully it will come off pretty quickly.  Good luck to everyone!

I am down 26 pounds sice Jan. 1.  That was even more than my goal! YAY!  Now I see I can stand to lose another 10 or 15, so I'll just keep at it.  My horse has gotten over a second (WOW) faster, but she was just getting started, so hard to tell if it was seasoning or wt. loss (I'm sure both helped).  I feel like a new woman and I actually LIKE looking in the mirror.  Sometimes I even have to do a double take to see if that thin lady is really ME!

Down 4 pounds this month, 8 pounds total.  Sure is going slow, though.  Have to get more exercise, I suppose!

I weighed Friday. 3 pounds for two weeks worth. The funny thing is that the first week it was zilch and then the second week 3 pounds. I fell off the workout wagon last week. But I did ride my horses harder and was a little sore so at least some of me got worked!
