Location: Bandera, TX | Does anyone have a credit card that gives rewards for gas purchases? I did a search and Chase has an offer for 6% rebate for the first 90 days and 3% thereafter. Does anyone know of anything better? Thank you. |

Location: Bandera, TX | The one I mentioned above is a credit card. With gas being so high these days I'm looking for a way to get at least a little bit of my money back. |

Location: Bandera, TX | I looked at the Shell Crad on-line and it looks really good. The only drawback is you have to use Shell gas. That might take a large amount of planning.... |

(that it offers rewards for or is there a fine print?) |

Location: Bandera, TX | Jess: Well, it says any gas station and 0% for 9 months,... and then the usual high rates. I'm not planning on carrying a balance on my gas, because this could get way out of hand. Check out this link for more info.... https://www.chasecreditcard.com/App.asp?target=perfectsa&creative=of0pss5m |

Location: SP, Brazil | We use a Conoco credit card. We only use it for gas/diesel. Anyway, I believe the interest rate is 6.9%, but we pay it off every month. The good part is that they give you a 3% credit each month if you purchase your gas at a Conoco station. And there are a lot of Conco stations around. It has literally saved us hundreds of dollars over the year. Of course our fuel bill is around $1100 a month. Good luck! |

Location: My perfect world bubble | Just an observation... I had a credit card with Chase and they were AWFUL!!! Would never send my statements, then slap me with a late fee when my payments weren't on time. Their customer service was awful, I absolutely hated them!!! Cancelled my card after a couple of months... Maybe the gas card would be better... I didn't want to carry a balance either, but since they could never seem to get my statements to me, they'd get me for finance charges and a late fee... I'd suggest trying to find someone else... JMO though... |
