With the Houston rodeo cancellation I wonder what other events will think of doing the same... BBR finals?????

The city shut the rodeo down, so unless cities also make the barrel events shut down they should be fine for now 

I think the future of many events, BBR included, are dependent on the spread of the virus.  If community spread happens in Oklahoma and an emergency status is declared, then it will be shut down along with all big gatherings.

you know that was my first thought UNTIL I spoke with my family in Europe this morning.  The same spread panic is happening over there, not just where I am from but I have a niece living in Scotland and it is the same thing there. That being said now I am wondering if maybe it is not just a diversion from the elections.....

I'm still trying to figure out if I can go this year. 

I would if I could!!! Great fun but man, I can't take almost a week off from work!  I wish we could run Fri and sat! I am not quite sure I would let this panic stop me from doing what I love, but I sure would take more precautions and I would bring plenty of toilet paper to sell if I could  to help pay for my entries.  It sure has become a high comodity lately!  LOL

NBHA canceled the Shamrock Show down in Jacksonville Fl. We also had two different districts having shows this weekend. Both canceled. It's really starting to annoy me. I haven't been to a bigger show in years and was going to Shamrock. I'm so so tired of the over reacting. 

Marshall Tx canceled everything at the city arena. This includes FARM CITY WEEK for the livestock show and sale. The EGGSTRASPECIAL BARREL RACE. All schools in Louisiana are closed for a month and some Texas schools. I hope that they will have the livestock show later because so many of those kids rely on the sale to get some of their money back. Many wood be left with animals they cannot get rid of 

Williamston NC Barrel Bash this weekend the spectators were told to leave at 6pm yesterday, Saturday 3/14.. They let us finish the show but the facility was officially closing immediately afterward.
