| I have the Western bit and also the full cheek. I like to start/ride my youngsters in a full cheek. Have not used either of them yet but will tomorrow. |

| A friend of mine bought 5 and so I tried several on my two horses and neither me nor my horses could get the "feel" that I was looking for. Maybe it takes some time for them to adjust to them, they weren't for me. If you do a search there's a couple other threads on them. Like anything else, some people love them and some people don't :) |

Location: The Oklahoma plains. | I bought one at a benefit and it is not my feel. I would trade it for one with an actual plate if anyone in interested. I have the western and would want the same- except with the plate. |

Location: Ontario, Canada | Love this bit! Bought the western bit without the elogated tongue plate for a mare off the track that raced for 3 years and was strong and front endy....also had lots of anxiety. Had tried numerous bits and set ups and couldn't find anything that would stop her pulling constantly. Tried this bit and the first day she settled down and relaxed. Was super light up front and just started to think about working. Was amazed actually by the transformation and have now been working her in this bit for about a month now. She is trotting the barrels very balanced and does not pull much any longer. Not sweating up to ride and is just turning into a nice solid mare. We have not tried it on anything else at this point, but we are considering buying the D ring and O ring for the young horses we break and train. |
