I was wondering that too. Kelly K said it is a nightmare if they are off site-can take an hour or two to get to the T&M traffic is so bad.  She kept Rocky on site.

My son's friend just got back and she was telling him they ran into Fallon Taylor leading Baby Flo up and down the road for exercise.
For the haters, she was so nice to this girl. Talked to her for ages and let her take pictures. That ment the world to this girl who was scared to walk up and say Hi.
Now my son wants to go. He has his heart set on Brittney Pozzi. Yes, he's in love.

I wondered that too. It's on a campus isn't it? Do they have temporary stalls?

I think its so cool when the pro girls take time out for kids or stalking moms.  In all seriousness that's pretty special.

You can see the tents in some of Christys photos. So I'm guessing those are temp stalls. I saw pics of Stingray in a small panel corral it looked like

It's on the campus of UNLV.  The tents look like big circus tents with lots of temporary stalls under them.  I read an article from last year saying there was a make shift warm up pen on the soccer field.

Many keep their horses off site. We've never stayed at the T&M, it was too hard on ours being in stalls for 14 days when they're used to being out. The 1st 2 years there, we stayed at Horseman's park, and then when it was leased during the NFR and ropings held there, it got too expensive, especially with 3 horses. So we were blessed to find a great private place about 2 miles from the Southpoint and have become good friends with the owner and his wife, staying there on trips thru the area at other times. Sue Smith, Carlee Pierce, and I heard Taylor Jacob this year have stayed there also. Jethro had the run of the arena and the other horses were in mare motel type pens. Great place to be and didn't take that long to get to the T&M, maybe 15 minutes, as the owner showed Brenda a quick way to get there. For us, staying at the T&M was never an option, as ours wouldn't have been very rested, with all the commotion and planes going right overhead day and night. There are several places in the vicinity of the SP that people keep their horses at.

I don't know about this year, but Sherry kept Stingray off site a few years back.  And Cody Ohl said in his interview he kept his horse off site this year, since the horse was use to being pasturd.
