What bout them freezer meals?  I have been working 12 hrs and now I found out I will be having another foot surgery.  Usually hubby never asks whats for dinner til recently.  And Im so tired of take out food or eating at cafe at work.  So I started doing some freezer meals!  Been great and tastes so much better than eating out. and I have save alot of time and hubby can put in oven and by the time I get home dinner ready!

Anyone else on here doing these? If so what is your fav?

So far my fav and the easiest is taking Chicken breast, salsa, cream cheese in crockpot and then I layered tortillas and chicken mix and tortillas and cheese.  Yummy and fast and easy

Tons of blogs out there!

i need to shop for and make another batch.  It’s just the 2 of us but it’s nice to have something different than the standard rotation of burgers, cheeseburger Mac, spaghetti, and meat and veggie.

My go-to is "skinny" enchilada stuffed peppers. I make a batch of the filling and freeze it. I don't freeze the bell peppers though, I grab them fresh. All you have to do is cut the top off and add the stuffing & bake for about an hour. I've done it with beef, turkey, deer, antelope, & chicken...all so good and easy.

Do you have an instapot? I use mine about 3 times a week.. I cook ahead of time and freeze meals. Spaghetti sauce, beef n broccoli, stew, taco soup, chicken tortilla soup. Pork chops and gravy and family favorite, crack chicken

When I use my instapot I always make double what we need for dinner and a few lunches, and freeze all the extra for a week or two down the road. After I do this over the course of a few weeks I'll have 20ish meals in the deep freeze.

I was like that! I caught one on sale and I just grabbed it because it was so cheap! It sat in the box for about a month and I finally decided to give it a try, I thought it was going to be so complicated and time consuming, I'll admit,  I was intimidated! But after my first use I was hooked! So easy, fast and 1 pot ... less cleanup and theres literally nothing you cant cook in it! The food is so moist, tender and flavorful. Pressure cooking is awesome! One of my favorites is red beans and rice... the dried beans are so easy and fast in the instapot.
