Location: Finally horseback again.... | On December 6, 2013 there will be a benefit barrel race held at Henderson County Event Complex in Athens Texas for one of our own BB's TxSweetie's son Chase.
Chase was involved in a serious motorcycle accident a couple weeks ago and was severely injured. He is still hospitalized and the doctors are doing everything they can to save his leg. His medical bills are piling up and he is unable to work. The family had no insurance and he is still hospitalized.
He has a wife and 3 year old daughter, Emily.
The race is to raise funds to help with medical costs for this family.
Chase has served our country in the US Army Infantry Division with a tour in Iraq.
This is our time to give back and show support for a veteran in his time of need.
It will be a 5D Open with 1/2 second splits
$35 entry fee with a one time $5 office fee
75% Payback with equal Payout
$25 Youth & Senior Incentives
Exh $5 or 3 for $13 to start at 10 a.m.
We will be having a silent auction!!
You may sponsor buckles or barrel wraps as well.
Please contact Sharon at ( 903) 724-1181 for sponsoring / silent auction items.
I am also collecting silent auction items.
So far we have had a outpouring of support from our fellow barrel racers.
We have several stallion breedings donated and other goodies.
The stallions already dontated are :
Doctor Frost (APHA) a palomino and white own son of PC Bronsin
Jesses Double Dee ( AQHA) - WPRA and Futurity Money producer
Jet Streakin ( APHA) own son of Streak Laico Bird
Mr Smokin Okey ( APHA) own son of Okey Dokey Dale
Heza Hero ( AQHA) own son of Heza Fast Man
I will keep this updated as donations come in.
It will be a great time to pick up your breedings for 2015 and for a great cause!!!!
Please try to come out and support Chase and his family.

I havent ridden in two weeks, so she is a little on the pudgy side. LOL.
