Location: Kansas | I ran across this on the Encore channels yesterday and spent the whole day watching. Not that I haven't seen it several times already.....but how great this series is never ceases to amaze.

Location: Cap'n Joan Rotgut.....alberta | I have them all as well...lonesome dove is my favorite. .but i think its commanche moon..where they are young and the guy that plays young gus is incredible....MI had the latin saying from the sign made in to a decal and its on our truck. .lol...i guess if anybody can read it..then hes an educated man..lol

Location: N Texas | I remember when it came on TV when I was a kid. Those were special nights because we were allowed to eat supper in the living room so we could watch it :)
Gus is still my favorite Robert Duvall character. Actually, he's one of my favorite characters of any movie, I think he was just so awesome! |

Ricky Schroder was also one of my favorites in this movie. He later moved on to NYPD Blue for a season and was a pretty sexy guy.
