I went to my sent box and the last thing that shows sent was in 2014! and I see that several of these people have been on lately so they should have been notified of messages! |

| They stay in the outbox until the person reads it - why on EARTH they don't put a statement on here somewhere saying that is beyond me but I would think after this long, people would have read those. |

Location: Ainsworth, NE | i know that it what it says! but on one person's thread, i told her I messaged her. she then replied back ON THE THREAD that she didn't have a message from me, so I went to my outbox and it was still there. so, even after she looked for it in her inbox, it was still not in her inbox!!!! |

| Ive had the same prob;em many times. What normally works for me is starting a new topic instead of just replying to an existing one. |

| I know one of the problems I have had is that you have to have their name EXACTLY right - I believe it is even case sensitive. So if you don't know for SURE what their name is, it's hard to PM them. |

I've had this happen before. I usually do a search on here first for the poster or person I'm trying to pm and then find their name on a thread, click on it, and click PM straight from their profile here on BHW so I know that it's correct. |

Location: Where the pavement ends and the West begins Utah | Just recently I noticed I had a message while on another thread when I changed threads it wasn't there. I had to open it from the other thread. I thought that was mighty weird. |
