I was contacted by the original owner of this horse to trade for her (Before Lydia ever had her), A friend of mine ended up trading a finished gelding for her from the same owner that contacted me. My friend then unknowingly traded the mare above to Lydia a horse for a horse that turned out to be broodmare sound only and Lydia traded as sound- I AM NOT SURE WHAT HAPPENED FROM THERE. I know my friend was trying to force Lydia to trade her back, not sure how it ended though.

So then the transfer would have to be to whoever was the last recorded owner to Lydia then to auctin buyer?
That doesn't sound it is would ever happen... |
