Location: London Ontario | My co-workers and I are at a loss, and I know you guys are awesome with your suggestions! My work is looking for some ideas for xmas gifts for our clients this year. They aren't western/country(most city people!) so please keep that in mind. We also want to stay away from the usual gift cards and bottles of wine. Last year we did olive oil and balsamic vinegar sets which was a huge hit but don't want to do the same this year. Any ideas from you lovely people? |

Location: So Cal | Last year we did liquor, not just wine but found out people's favorite and shopped specifically... everyone was happy. For a couple non-drinkers, we did baskets with different teas or something like that. |

| Bacon. We always get a huge package of bacon in the mail from a seed corn company around Christmas and it is amazing! We also get 2-3 giant frozen turkeys from a chemical company. Food is always good! |

Location: MI | The Cherry Republic in Traverse City, MI has some cool gift baskets and they ship - the Cherry Boomchaka cookies are so good, they have good wine too, and I love chocolate covered cherries.

| For an office setting I bought a BIG bowl, an assortment of wrapped candies from wrapped chocolate (think Hershey brands) to wrapped hard candy, made a pretty presentation of the bowl, filled it, and left a BIG for refills.
For individuals we did what you already ruled out. Either a voucher for a particular liquor at the local store (could not bring booze on the grounds) or a gift certificate to a restaurant.
Both seemed to go over well. Most other trucking companies did not do anything.
I am sure there are much more creative ideas out there. I was surprised how well the candy went down for the office staff and we are talking a large GM facility here. |

That was going to be my suggestion! I have gotten gourmet carmel apples and some really cool chocolate with our vendors logo on it before as well. |
