Location: 31 lengths farms | I see from your Avtar you were there too, I chatted with a few girls before hand and your horse in the picture looks pretty familiar.
Plans are to go back and maybe not lope to the 1st this year...I decided on a straight up the track approach this year but my GO button seemed to be broke until I got around it, LOL!!! |

Location: Juntura, Oregon | They also have a PBR event during the Round-Up in September. And they have "Happy Canyon" which is and Indian pageant/re-enactment. There is lots to do during the Round-Up!
Pendleton also has a Cattle Barons weekend, which is Mother's Day weekend, that has a gelding sale. My husband has done really well at the gelding sale and that is a really fun, more low key than Round-Up weekend. |

I missed last year as we had a big fall at a race a week before and I didn't want to risk her being sore and causing an injury. The year before I ran and my first and second were great and I even let her run, But I chickened out going to third and if I sit up she will gear back down to a lope with out me even noticing, lol. She takes care of me! This year I will be back and plan on really lettting her run the whole pattern!! |

Location: 31 lengths farms | Hope to see you there then! I was actually a little more nervous this year than the 1st year, I think I realized my horses could compete and it made me over think things a bit. My gelding and my mare both ran well, I think was 7th in the 2D on the gelding and missed a check in the 3D on my mare by 2 spots. |
