The question I am asking is I am doing a ProSe divorce.  I am trying to get the yeah not going there to come get the select few things that he has but he keeps putting it off.  For what reason I have no idea.  Just mainly to be a jack waggon and drag this out longer.  We havent been married for very long and he doesnt want a divorce, but the problem is he also doesnt want to get rid of the 5 other women he has been having affairs with 2 of the married as well, nor does he want to quit going to the bars in my stompping grounds without his wedding ring on.  He has drained my account plus has tried to drag my very known name through the ground.  Hence where I come in and say Nah go join that cult in Utah somewhere that allows all the wives and they all will have all the babies with you.  I think that would be a great place for ya!!!  And its a long ways from me and all of my Glory!! 

Anyway I want his crap out!! If he doesnt just come get it what will be my damage if i just throw it out in the road or take it to the gate where he is staying or hell even get a torage unit for a couple of weeks to put it in?!?!?!?!

Depending on what state you are in, I think you can notify him you are bringing his things somewhere for him to collect them. Does he have any friends or relatives near by? I would pack it up and take it there. If you have his card information, you could load it into a storage unit on his dime and let him know thats where his stuff is. 

I'm not an attorney but I have divorce experience. LOL He is too lazy to come get his own stuff, too big of a coward to face you to come get it, and he thinks he will move back in sooner or later.  I had the same issue so I packed his stuff up and dropped it off on his new front patio...... Your other option is notify him you are going to start charging $X/day for storage.  

Not an attorney ....... Send a certified letter to your ex in which you inform him that you WILL dispose of his belongings after a specific date. Depending on your state, it is usually 30-60 days ...... Basically, that is the only way to LEGALLY get rid of his stuff.

You Ladys are alot nicer then I would be if in a spot like the poster, I would throw all his clothes in trash bags and put it all on the front lawn along with all his other belongings, then give him a phone call and tell him he better come get his junk befor somebody else gets it. And if he is that much of a a**hole I could care less what happens to all his junk while out in the yard, I could care less if its against the law, if this were my home and I had this home befor he came along and this home is under my name, then I feel its ok to get his junk out. I know it would be careless to do something like this but I would care less. Had a friend that went threw pretty much what this poster is going threw and this is what she did, but this was 30 years plus ago so maybe things has changed a bit, lol..

Yes I have filed for divorce and got him served.  he finally came and got some of his things, but only after I had several things come up missing while I was in church and went to eat afterwards, and I know he was here right before I got home because he told me for one plus I knew his location.  Like I said he came and got some, all the while I love you I dont want this, and best one you really are the only one for me I was just full of **** when I told all those other girls that stuff.  But apparently did not have "enough room" in his truck.  Then blows my phone up all afternoon and night wanting to talk and just tell me how much he loves me (I however did not answer).  Then to top it off my insurance drafted out of my account and guess what he still has not signed the form to get off of my insurance.  So he has cost me an additional $140 that I dont have extra to spend right now, plus wont answer to give it to e nor come get the rest of his things!!  I am so fire breathing spitting mad!!!  What are my options here????? I just want him out of my life and off of my expenses.

You lost me at "Cult in Utah".  If you are mad at him, why the name calling at others?  It makes you look uneducated and petty.

In Menti Utah in the early 1990's Jim Harmston created the LDS church that promotes polygamy and child bigomy.  Where Jim himself aknowledges that one of his wives, a teen-ager, is not a great lover but is the most cuddling little thing that you ever saw in your life.  And it is to be reported that half of the male members of TLC have more than one wife. 

So by actual definition I would say that this would be considered a cult.  But if that offends you then by all means let me rephrase and call them an organization of unusal practices where husbands are not required to have one wife like the practices that a majority of society not a select small social group belive that when it comes to marriage one wife to one husband. 

As far as name calling I feel as though the only one I was calling names was the SOB, and as far as that goes I also feel that it is my right to be able to call a spade a spade when the spade is a spade.  But by all means thank you for your opinion on how uneducated I sound.   Now back to the actual post at hand and the questions that I asked.
