| Her interviews are the best! She is a hoot! This time she bought her husband a tractor not just a wheelbarrow. (In last year's interview she was asked about buying her husband something and he wanted a certain wheelbarrow). She said she can't be called a cheapskate anymore. Haha Boyd asked her if things fell apart who would get the horse and who would get the tractor. She said the tractor was in her name and the horse was too so she would get them both. LOL Sounds like they had a tough time getting to Houston. ....a wreck and totalling their truck. She also said again how difficult Fuzz can be. She said he just hit her so hard with his nose she thought he might have broken a rib.

Location: Riding Crackhead. | Some of the events in the shootout weren't the greatest because of missed steers, broken barriers. Barrels had 4 great runs! I was really pulling for Lisa but tickled to see Nancy win. Does Lisa's $30,000 count towards NFR or just part of it? |

Location: Stuck in a cubicle having tropical thoughts | Is that a record for a barrel racer to win it 3 times and/or back to back to back? I know some folks have one it more than once, but I don't know if anybody has won it 3 times |

Yes. That is what they said on tv when they announced she won. Kacey Fields also was a 3peat back to back. The only 2 contestants to do that at Rodeo Houston. |

Charmayne won the Houston rodeo 10 times. I think they were talking about the new format - Rodeo Houston. |

They didn't start adding the 50k until 2007. I wonder if that's when the new format started? And someone said new record. I believe Carlee Pierce and Dillion hold it with a 13.92. Or is it Lindsay Sears and Martha? One year they set it back to back. |

Kaley Bass ran a 13.92 in the shootout on Sunday and the announcers said that tied the record set by Carley and Dillon. I was wrong about Nancy's 13.96 being a record. |

They wrecked their truck right before the American, not right before Houston. From that Nancy posted on FB it could have been a really bad deal and they were very lucky. |
