I'm pretty sure AAA will flip you the bird if you have a trailer of any type.

We have used US Rider for a good while and never a complaint

Triple A will not help with a trailer.

AAA will NOT touch a horse trailer. I have US Rider and they take forever but they will help you. Maybe it's cuz I live out in the middle of no where but every time I call they say it will be an hour to an hour and a half.

AAA will only tow a horse trailer if you have the RV membership and your horse trailer has to have living quarters. They also won't deliver you fuel if you have a diesel and won't change dual tires. At least that is how it is in Oklahoma.

Like others said Triple AAA will not touch you if you have horses on board. US Rider will come even if you are in a friends truck. I had a blowout in IN and they came out because my friend has a memebership. Never hauled without it again .

US Rider is FAR superior to AAA. I've had it for several years, and it has been worth every penny I paid. ;) ETA...I used to have AAA and they were worthless. Would not help at all if you had a HORSE trailer. Even though I paid extra and bought the RV attachment that they told me when they were selling it would cover the trailer.....but when I had to use it, suddenly that DIDN'T cover the trailer. I love US Rider.

AAA WILL NOT assist with a horse trailer.

US RIDER is terrific!!! They assist you with your truck and trailer AND if you are in your car being a "normal" person, they will assist with that, too.

Also AAA will not assist you with finding a place to put up your horses for the night if you need one -- US RIDER will help find a place for your horses -- contact a vet if you need one -- even a farrier. The first time I used them I had a blow out in a teeny tiny rural town after 10 p.m. That place was shut down -- but called US RIDER and within 45 minutes had a tire on my trailer and was back on the road. Fabulous service.

Just got Us Rider last month. Hopefully I never have to use it but I'm going to feel a lot better hauling this season and driving my old car 80 miles round trip for work knowing I'm with Us Rider.

I don't have any of that stuff. I change my own tires and I've been lucky that's the worst problem I've had on the road. There are tow companies all over the place. I just figure I come out cheaper paying for a tow home, the one time I need it, than paying every year for that service when I've never had to use it. I guess if I towed very long distances, I might consider it.

I have both AAA for truck and no they won't mess with my trailer.... have US Rider for the trailer 3 years now.   I've had 2 incidents where I had to call them and I've never been able to get thru .  This will be the last year I will use them - although how can I say I use them when I never have succeeded in reaching them.   I have several friends that have the insurance and have no problems getting thru.

I have had AAA with the rv and they will not tow your horse trailer with a horse in it. I did have a break down and they sent a tow truck to tow the trailer and another flat bed tow to pick up the truck. this would cost me two tows.

US Rider will also get a vet out if your horse gets sick and you are on the road somewhere. If your truck breaks down, they will find a place to put your horses until you get on the road again.

They have towed my truck twice. Was not hooked up to the trailer either time. Once was from my front yard. The tow guy gave me a copy of the ticket and it was $148 to tow 20 miles. USRider costs way less than that. You can be in your car and they will come rescue you. Definitely worth the money.
