| Love them, I use them for barrel races when I know my mare will be stalled or trailered for long periods of time because otherwise she stocks up really bad. They're also perfect for when shoes get pulled and they get tender :) |

| We use them for trailering, stallung, standing on asphalt for extended time. All 4 if we are only hauling one. Fronts if we have2 on the trailer. |

Location: CTX | Now do you use them even with shoes, or just when they are barefoot? I am looking into them for overnight races. Although I always have mats and shavings when he will be stalled on concrete. When it is on dirt I just get a bag of shavings. |

| Mine do not get loaded in the trailer without them. Keep them on while standing at the trailer, always while stalled at events, and my head horse wears them to and from the arena because he is barefoot, I only take them off him when its time to rope. Fronts only.
They are very much worth the investment to have them for every horse. |

Location: Where the long tails flow, ND | I only had 2 for a long time, and used them on the front of course. Now I have 4 and use them trailering or on cement surfaces. I have used them for ouchie horses too. Great tools to have around! |

Location: East TN | i LOVE my soft rides! i don't leave home without them.
I don't typically trailer with them just because our trailer is well cushioned with shavings
but i keep them on all 4 feet when I'm having to stall somewhere that is concrete or packed dirt or if im at a show and they have to stand on gravel for an extended period of time.
I will say though, if you are going to buy some, just buy them from the soft ride website, that way IF you do have a tear or something they will warranty them.... |

Location: Kansas | Chance and Cliff both travel in full sets of Soft Rides, and Streak has a pair for his front feet. He hates having them on the back. Joker also has an older pair of Chance's boots that I'll put on his front feet when he travels. Chance's feet are not the greatest, so he wears his Soft Rides anytime he is in the trailer, most times he's stalled overnight (for sure at shows, my boyfriend's barn has dirt stalls so they aren't as hard on his feet) and anytime he's standing at the trailer waiting to run. He originally only had a pair for his front feet, but I bought him a second pair after a few months. I love them and he doesn't leave home without them! The main reason the other horses have their own boots is because the boots have been so great for Chance and I want to take great care of everyone. |

Either or. We've used them on both barefoot and those with shoes. Vegas is in a wedge on her fronts and we still use them on her. When I picked Fame up, he had been trimmed short and was really ouchy. You can bet he got the Soft Rides thrown on for the 9 hour haul home. |

Location: MN | I LOVE MINE! So does my horse. He picks his feet up for them when he see's me walking towards him with them in my hands! He is built kind of down hill, so when they go on they level him out pretty well. I think it relieves some pressure and keeps him from getting sore in his front end. So whenever he gets hauled anywhere, you can bet that they will be on. |

Location: Nor Cal | I used them during trailering (especially long distances) - and at races where he would be standing on hard ground all day. They are definitely worth the investment, and I actually sold them for a tiny bit less then I paid. |

Location: Georgia | I really like mine. I haven't had a chance to use them much but last time I was at an all weekend show I noticed my horse starting to stock up while stalled. Put soft rides on and legs went back to normal within an hour or two. |
