| I know I had read a post in the past about this but can't seem to find it now! I have an opportunity to purchase a grade firewater filly. Just wanting to know more about her breeding. |

| Same experience as Cheryl. My sister had a son of FWF. All of them wanted to work, were athletic, but some were a little hot and some were really quiet.
Her stud was quiet and well mannered.

| I have a mare by Firewater on the Rocks- very laid back and gentle, but athletic and can run when she needs to! |

I ran the mom, and bred and raised her filly, this is her first year hauling :)

Location: somewhere up north | we used to stand a son of Fire Water Flit so we've had several mares and geldings. None of them were hot. Very good minded. Horses we can wake up and ask to run and then put our little kids on with us to ride. Great all around. Smart. I think you have to consider both sides of the pedigree. If Fire Water Flit is on one side what's on the other? That will determine trainability, hot or easy going. |

Location: Wonderful Wyoming | I have a 3yr old ranch raised Firewater Finale colt. He was halter broke and handled on and off through the yrs and had 30 days put on him last summer. He's one of those I think anyone could get on him and ride him. He was ridden sporadically through the winter by me, but my husband wanted to use him to check cows calving. He just got on him and rode him off like he was a seasoned vet. He also watches cows and has no nonsense. For what it is worth he was out of a AA daughter of Shoot Yeah and 2nd dam is by Zevi (TB). |

Location: Williamsville, MO | Mine is an absolute doll, I raised him, 6 y/o gelding, practically born broke, super athletic. I started hauling him last year and he is cruising about a half second off. You can make a run and then turn around and throw a kid on him. Really quiet but can turn it on when you need it. Loves cows, started on the heel side. He just has a head full of sense. I wish i had 10 more like him. |

| I have never heard a bad thing about FWF anything. Our mare just checked 2 weeks in foal the other day to Nonstop Firewater, so I guess we will see. haha |

Location: Desert Land | I have had several grand-get and currently have a weanling son of FWF. He is a fireball - that's what I call him. All of the FWF's I have worked with so far have tended to be on the hotter side except the DTF stallion son out of a FWF mare - he was such a doll, I miss working with him. He made me look like I knew what I was doing, but I attribute that to being by DTF. |

| I have a Letta Hank Do It (half maternal brother to FWF) stud colt.... he is on the lazy side...really have to ask him for the speed that he has...he is making a nice push style colt. |
