I know it was a proposed amendment but was it ever included in the final bill? I could not find it. But it could be attached to something else. Where did you see it attached to something that passed? |

Not exactly correct. It was proposed as an amendment to the extension. But where was it approved? I can't find it. Maybe you can I can't. |

google horse slaughter budget for inspection......about a dozen articles or so......from the 17th-23rd......so.....is it or isn't it??? |

mmmmm.....they'd like to but i think that is a little harder to achieve unless they just say that there will be absolutely no transport of any horses out of the US and effectively eliminate any kind of sales between countries...... |

Location: Midwest | Implementation would be difficult. I don't see a limit on general transporting. I could foresee a law being passed and just not enforced
Either way, slaughter will still go on. Just curious about others' thoughts as I know some special interest groups are pushing for it. |

They were actually offering this recently at a free clinic so that if your kids got lost, stolen, etc. you could track them. Along, with the usual finger printing. I personally think it is too creepy. |
