| I just looked on their website. I could have sworn it said their finals is July 21-25 in Gonzales. Their Facebook page doesn't mention anything about a finals this week unless I am looking at the wrong site. Texas Youth Rodeo Association is what I searched.

Location: In the Hills of Texas | The arena is on high ground. It is amazing how fast the flood waters recede. Prayers for everyone's safety through out Texas and Oklahoma. |

Location: Under The Big Sky Of Texas | Wow now no rodeo would be worth staying for with the water coming in the way it is there, I have never seen it that close to the arena. It took us 4 trys to get to town tonight and all the creeks that we have to cross were way over the roads tonight, so we gave up and came back home and had peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, LOL...The Guadalupe river is going to be a monster for a few days here in Seguin..Unbeliveable weather we are having...

Sorry I didn't put the junior in there, doesn't matter exactly which one there are hundreds of kids there all week along with adults and the river has not crested, just doesn't make sense why you would take that chance, trucks and trailers are already in trouble where some are parked, oh and let's add the livestock that's there as well |

Location: In the Hills of Texas | We've been through two 100 year floods since moving to Texas in 1996. Both of those floods weren't predicted and I would say that the weatherman is wrong way more then he's ever right. They predict big storms that never happen a lot. I would bet most of those people were already there before the storms really became a reality. I would have stayed put before I would have taken a chance to get on the road as storms were moving all over the state. There is high ground there where they would be safe..JMHO |

Location: Texas | Yes a lot of them were already there when the waters starting rising. I surely wouldnt want to hook up and start driving not knowing what the rest of the roads looked like.. could you imagine a rig getting swept away?? |

Location: Texas | 418 contestants. 10 Regions. Top 10 in each event from each region. There are a lot of high dollar horses and rigs there. It will start thinning out tomorrow when some of kids get their second run, if they didn't do any good with no chance to make the short round. |
