| Comparing both of these products and curious what everyone thinks of both. I have fed Platinum before and really liked the results but it looks as though THE is a little cheaper and I have heard/read great things about it also. Looking at the Muscle Mass with added Joint and Feet. Any info is great!! |

Location: Riding Crackhead. | I tried THE MM with joint. I didn't see results and switched to Platinum products. My horses look at feel great so I continue to pay the price. Each horse is different though and a lot of people like THE products. |

I'm going to buy and feed something that has some PUBLISHED, VERTERINARY RESEARCH, not just something someone else feeds. Platinum Performance has tons of research done at US universities by licensed DVM's. That's all I need to know... |

| I have had people switch from Platinum to THE. Some say their horses did better on the THE than the platinum. I haven't had one person go back to the Platinum . . . |

Location: Somewhere between raising hell and Amazing Grace | Every horse will be different but I don't think one is better then the other. I have never used Platinum but am very aware of their great reputation. i have used THE extensively and have always been very very pleased with them. |

Location: Bandera, TX | Mine have been on THE with ulcer and joint add on for many years. Love it! My mare can get a bit light on her top line at times, that's when I switch her to Muscle Mass. I can see results within two weeks. |

Location: My own little world :) | I use platinum and love it! My horses are all beautiful and are well mannered. I have found with platinum you don't have to feed the recommended dose to see results. I started out with less and then moved up as I saw fit. I think you need to be aware of what else you're feeding along with it as you may need to back off in different areas. Once again I love platinum...my horses are on it and so am I! I use the platinum powder and the platinum paks for myself

This is one of the main reasons why I use Platnium. My vet and I have discussed this many times and PP has the research to back up the product. I also dont feed the recommended dose. I feed a scoop a day and 2 scoops a day when on the road. I love the way my horses look and feel and they love their PP, they would eat it out of my hand. |

| My horse just couldn't take supplements, cuz they made him higher than a kite, you couldn't stand him. Put him on THE with MM due to severe weight loss due to illness after he just wasn't gaining back as fast as he should. Was the best thing I ever did. He gained weight, looked good and the best part is he didn't go mental on me. That was 4 years ago and he is still on it. Have ulcer prevent added due to travelling and so far no ulcers. Love the stuff. They can specially formulate a supplement for your horses specific needs, no buying 50 different things. Guaranteed or your money back. How can you lose? |

| I've tried both and will be going back on Platinum this spring. I only feed one scoop a day of it to mine, so it actually works out to be cheaper than THE. Also, I never noticed much of a difference with my horses on THE with the additives. On just plain MM, I was feeding the heck out of it and did notice a difference on a mare of mine that I was having trouble filling out at that time. But as far at the breathing, joints, ect. additives, I couldn't notice a difference in that. |

| Thank you everyone for the responses!! I ordered some THE and I will see how it goes. I have used Platinum in the past and really liked it so I guess if I don't like THE, I can always go back to the Platinum!! Thank you all again :)
