Anyone use Paracord or Muletape halters? I saw some on TV yesterday, the paracord ones, they had "Tie one on" halters - on RVDTV. They said they are really soft and each strand has a 550 lb strength test or whatever its called lol! Anyways they looked pretty cool, no hardware and can machine wash/ air dry. I have seen the muletape ones everywhere, seems like those are really popular but I haven't seen too many of the para cord ones out there. Anyone have any reviews on either type?

With the mule tape halters... the nylon quality in the tape, which makes them very strong, also makes them very hard to dye.  The nylon just doesn't absorb the dye very well, it more or less just coats the outside of each thread, but doesn't soak in.  Which means that it will wear off, or wash off eventually.  The good news is that for the same reason, dirt, sweat, muck, etc. doesn't soak in and stain it either!!!

I've been drooling over those too!  The flowers on the noseband are too cute.

I LOVE my muletape halters!! So easy to clean and look pretty on the ponies. My sister got the halters in Vegas, but they came without lead ropes so I contacted Texas Lead Ropes and he made me a custom length:) They are awesome and I would definately work with him again!
