Location: Silver Lake, MN | I have called, emailed for the last 2 months trying to get some bits ordered. I knew they would be hard to reach maybe after the NBHA worlds or?? Anyone else have any ideas? I've been borrowing a bit all summer cause I can't get one ordered. |

Location: North Dakota | IDK about them but I feel like a lot of online retailers are a pain. I've sent multiple emails to a few like "um hello I would like to procure a $3000 saddle from you but have a few questions." and never hear back. What the heck? |

Location: Millington, TN | I am having the same problem. I cannot get a hold of them. I have been trying for two months. I found another bit like it so I went with that one. Try posting on one of the fb groups and see if you can find a used one. |

Location: Silver Lake, MN | I totally understand they keep costs down by doing as much as they can, that they travel a lot during peak season to shows but I really want my bit! LOL. It's so nice to have custom options. |

| My friend called this week and got right through and ordered. Interesting. I know them personally and havent had this issue. Have you tried to leave a VM? I am sure you have, but just thinking that may be a good reminder for her to call you back.

Location: Oklahoma | I would suggest going with another custom bit company. L&W seriously lacks in customer service department. I was told 2-3 week wait time for a bit last summer... After many phone calls, being told it had already shipped, never getting it, calling again and again and again I finally got my bit. Good product, but not worth the hassle. |

Location: Silver Lake, MN | Shallow Creek had great service but does not have the particular style of bit I was looking for, neither does Carolina. Is there anyone else? |

| I had inquired on getting a bit made, and they emailed me back within a day or two. He mentioned he was going to check to see if they already had that bit in stock and if so they could ship it right away. Never heard from them again....... |

Location: Tumbleweed Capital of the World | It took me almost a year and dozens of phone calls to get and reins I ordered from L&W. I would go with Carolina Bit to get what you want. They are fast and so easy to work with. |

| I love both William and Gina with L & W...the bits that William makes and sells are awesome. I have, however, found out that if I want one I need to buy it at a show they are at. Way less than 50/50 chance that I can get one sent to me through the mail even if I do get in touch with them and get a response via email or phone. Boyce and Jan Wilson with Shallow Creek are the ones to order with...it'll be in your mail box so fast it'll make your head spin! |

| I have also tried to get in touch with them, I have emailed them more than once no response, called and left messages, and I even tried faxing to them and it didn't work,. wondering if they went out of business or something happened. you would think they would update their website |
