| I see your mare is a Waggner bred on the bottom .... Bring to mind Captain Biankus.... I disslike the Skipper W bred horses, and really do not remember what the magic cross was on the Bainkus horses. If anyone does, that is a line I would look for in a stallion to cross her on. |

A friend of mine has 3yo stallion by Fiestas Gotta Gun and they have nothing but praises to say about him. I keep updated with his videos and he is pretty impressive. Quiet, willing, etc.
I have a stallion by Firewater Frenchman who I feel is pretty short-backed. I've attached a picture of him if you're interested in those kind of bloodlines. All the other Firewater Frenchmans I've seen have been very similar in build.

Thanks for the kind words about "Hef". http://www.allbreedpedigree.com/famous+son+of+a+gun I like the cowhorses, wife likes to run barrels so we looked at breeding to FGG. His owner was great to work with and happened to have a weanling for sale. We bought him instead and next spring bred our favorite mare to FGG. Never thought I'd be keeping a stallion but so far so good. He is the kind that make riding fun and the biggest issue is remembering he is young and not pushing too fast. Obviously I'm biased but we really like out two FGG Colts. https://youtu.be/5dITibMPYU8

| As far as race bred horses go, I would look into Slick By Design. As far as 'smaller and quick footed' horses go, in my opinioin, he is your man. Plus his foals are looking phenominal!
If you're leaning toward something with more cow sense, check out Electric Motion with West Coast Quater Horses. His breeding manager is a dream to work with and his babies are making super cool barrel horses. |

Location: Wonderful Wyoming | Firewater Finale pretty much fits all your requirements. He's a son of Fire Water Flit and a good producing daughter of Bully Bullion. He is proven himself, is a sire from his first few to compete. He is Future Fortunes. I think he has a short back and I know my colt does and his dam was a bit long. Great bone, disposition is wonderful. Very smart and has the smoothest gaits ever. I had 30 days put on mine and he rides like an old broke ranch horse. The best part is the sale value is high for a $1000 stud fee. He is nominated to most all the barrel incentives. Great customer service. |

I have a coming 2 year old and she is one of my favorites! She is beautiful, smart laid back and such a pretty mover. If my only broodmare was not a FWF daughter I would breed back to him in a heartbeat. I think you will see great things out of his babies! |

Location: Oklahoma | I have a five year old daughter of Fiestas Gotta Gun. She's out a MSM daughter, so I'm not sure what I can attribute to the mare or stud.
She is the sweetest and most in your pocket horse I have been around. Even my non horsey husband has bonded with her. She is with Liana DeWeese right now & I'm sure she could tell you more about her than I can, but Liana says that she's been very trainable and willing.
She's the one in my avatar, but I can show you a few more pics if you'd like. |
