So I have seen that AQHA has waived all qualifications for the world show because of the COVID and adding Level 1 classes to the World show. Does anyone know what the barrel racing entry fee is? I have looked on the AQHA website and cannot find anything.

I think last year's entry fee was $500 with a 70% payback.

AQHA levels are based on experience so unfortunately if you and your horse are well experienced and have been there before, you would not qualify for level one.

Level one normally has their own Championships. I don't know if they're having it this year or their not using the leveling system at all since there's no qualifying. My guess is there will be one flat fee.
I put the stall fees in another post because they can be higher than the entry  fee, depending on how long you stay/

I have never competed at a show before. I have read that they are adding Level 1 to the World show this year because of all the cancellations.

i got a message from AQHA saying Level 1 was canceled. It did not say that it was postponed and was rescheduled at the time of the World Show. I am sure that the classes will be at least the same as Level 2. By the the time you pay the entry fee stall fee office fee drug testing fee it can be quite expensive. Be sure that you know what your total is. And the pay out is probably not 70%. My horse won one class and was third in another. She won about $200 in the class she won and about $2000 in the class she was third in. Various levels pay out less.  That sounds like a lot but after all the fees for two classes, did not clear much.

Online it looked like Stalls were $140 and Entries for Level 1 were $70. Not sure if that will change with the combination with AQHA World. The Central Level 1 Championship has combined with the AQHA World Show. I don't think they are having Rookie classes, but Level 1 will be there. Just make sure you've got an updated Level 1 Application on file and include the information on there. You can't have won more then $5,000 to be a Level 1 no matter how many points you've earned and you can not hold a Pro Card or train or give lessons.

For the safety of exhibitors, spectators and staff, AQHA has postponed the 2020 AQHA Select World Championship Show, presented by Adequan® (polysulfated glycosaminoglycan), which was set for August 31 - September 6.

It was to be in Fort Worth.  Not sure if this was the same "World".

I thought the AQHA World Show was always in November at Oklahoma City and the Youth AQHA World Show was in August-September in Fort Worth.  What did I miss?

Youth World will continue (for now)

2020 Ford Youth World Proceeding as Scheduled

The 2020 Built Ford Tough AQHYA World Championship Show will still proceed as scheduled, with stringent COVID-19 health precautions in place. AQHA leadership has been in constant contact with the Oklahoma City health department while preparing for the Ford Youth World and will continue to communicate to have the most up-to-date COVID-19 information available throughout the show. View the Ford Youth World Health Protocols. While there is an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 in any setting where people are present, there are currently lower confirmed COVID-19 cases reported in Oklahoma City compared to Fort Worth. All Ford Youth World exhibitors and attendees are ultimately responsible for protecting themselves and preventing the spread of COVID-19. If you have been in contact with anyone exhibiting COVID-19 symptoms within the past 14 days of attending the show, have a fever or other symptoms, or are immune compromised, it is recommended to refrain from attending the 2020 Ford Youth World, per Centers for Disease Control and World Health Organization recommendations. View the Ford Youth World COVID-19 cancellation policy in the Ford Youth World Handbook under Resources at www.aqha.com/youthworld.

The AQHA Youth World Show starts July 29-August 8 and is in Oklahoma City (as it has been for many years)

The AQHA Select Show, previously scheduled for August 31-Sept 6 in Fort Worth has been "postponed"

The Open AQHA World Show will be held Nove 5-21 in Oklahoma City..

The AQHA website says Level 1 Classes will be added to AQHA World Shows.

(the above taken from the AQHA website today) Just FYI
