Thanks for letting us know. Now I won't have to worry about stocking up. |

| Were they running out of the cubes or just behind on their orders? |

I never ran out and neither did my dealer. I don't think they ever ran out. Really doesn't matter they are back in full swing |

When you have an excellent quality product you don't have to run around telling everyone how SUPERIOR it is to everything else. |

My new dealer was running a little low yesterday I asked if he planned on keeping good stock and he said he was. I sure hope so! |

Glad to hear that. If I switch to Danco, that will be my nearest supplier. |

| Yes SG it does matter. I have to go about 40 miles to pick them up and I sure don't want to start feeding them and then they run out. |

There was post about the production problems. I do understand about not starting and wanting to not change. Sorry I misunderstood your question... |

The cubing facility that makes our products changed ownership, and that put us behind on all of the new orders coming in and new dealer requests. We have had to play catch up because of this and it has caused some inconveniences to some of our great customers. We are a very new company (about 1 year old) and have grown extremely fast. We have been and will continue to strive to offer the best product and service possible. We are very blessed to have a great group of people using and selling our products and Danco customers overwhelmingly supported us and were very understanding of our situation. It is our goal to not have an interruption in supply going forward. Thanks, Trey Dove
Thanks for the great explanation. |
