Location: NE Texas | I haven't used the Pure, but have had great success with the Total Support on a horse that had proven to be a challenge and was out of options medically. I'd highly recommend any and all Cur-Ost products! |

Thank you! Isn't Pure the "strongest"? Dr schell recommend the Pure for us. Dealing with high ringbone. |

| I have used the pure and will again when I start riding again. Also, want to add if that is what Dr. Schell recommended that is exactly what I would use. I have used various products for different things and they all helped a lot. He has written a book that I ordered because it talks so much about inflammation and its effects on horses. |

Yes, it is, and I agree with GLP. If that is his recommendation, then that is exactly what I would go with. When I started the Cur-Ost program over three years ago now, I stopped all medications cold turkey and changed my feeding program per his recommendations and my results were very dramatic. |

| I have been using the CurOst on all 3 of my horses. But it seems to have quit working. I have also been taking it but as with the horses it seems to have quit working on me also. So at the present I am taking a break from it and I have been using the CBD oil for me. I would like to find CBD oil made for horses. |

I have read that you should not take the same herbs for months at a time, instead up to 2 months and then a break, or I have had a lady tell me to fight the herb "fatigue" she takes them all week and then on the weekend she takes nothing unless her body is telling her she needs it. So I find your post very interesting and I am glad you posted.
Food for thought and now to do some more research.
Oh, and where I read about the fatigue I can't remember, but it was from a herbalist who had worked with herbs for a very long time. |

| Thanks Rocko I will check that out. It was getting so expensive for me as I kept them on pretty much the CurOst Total and the Curost Pure and they still just seemed to be having the same problems. So I revamp my feeding and went to Renew Gold and the Omnis or Omega Complete cube and Forco. Weirdly they started improving. As for me I cut everything out of my vitamins and now I just do a liquid vitamin/Mineral I get from the Health Food store and the CBD oil. Weirdly it is working out for me also. |

Actually it stains the crap out of your hands...small price to pay for an something that helps with inflammation on a horse with kidney stones from products that are not considered voodoo.... |

Location: Where the long tails flow, ND | I had great results with 2 of my horses I used it on for different reasons. I use other blends on my other horses and couldn't be happier with my results 3+ years later.
Like most things, you have to play to find what works best for your program and individual horse.
