Location: North Carolina | I'll be breeding my mare in 2016 & I'm at a loss as to who to breed her to. Budget is $2000, height & color doesn't matter. I'll be keeping this foal as a pro rodeo prospect. I was told she was a local 1d horse. Tell me who you think she would cross good with. I like a well muscled, stocky horse. Not a super tall lean, race track like build. I honestly don't care about the foal being a free runner or a ratey horse as I adapt to each horses style & don't have a preference there. I prefer a hyper/spunky horse. This foal will be a performance horse, so I would like to have a stud with at least a few foals doing decent at a high level of competion. My mare is 15.1hh.
Here's her pedigree http://www.allbreedpedigree.com/briscos+belle
Thanks in advance!

| PC Frosty Bid $1000 was in the top 10 all 3 days at BBR. Also had some colts by him that did well too. Nice horse, nice producer, reasonable price. |

PC Frenchmans hayday.
He's too far out of my price range. If I didn't have another mare to breed as well, I'd definitely choose him. He's easily my favorite stud. Maybe in 2017 |

| I would look into Mr cinnamon roll from Jordon Briggs for your Brisco County Jr mare |

| I think it depends on what type of stud you want... racce bred, how bred, race/cow, performance, etc... I personally would mix this mare with something like Frenchman's Easy Doc or PC Frosty Bid... something more cowy/performance because that is my style and this mare already has a lot of race. But hard to make suggestions when you dont know what style you're seeking.

Sorry for not getting into more detail lol I'm a very weird person as I don't have a preferance on barrel horses, free runner/ratey, it doesn't matter to me cause I adapt very well to each horses style. I can ride fire breathing dragons or your bombproof cow pony & get the same result. I'll edit my post above & add more detail :) |

| I personally have had my eye on that Wagons West stud horse on here. He's STUNNING! I almost wonder if that would be too much FDD though in one Pedigree with your mare... I'd look for something Frenchmans Guy bred (I love Aint Seen Nothing Yet) Marthas Frenchman is one that I like too and I believe his offspring are proven too (: Or there's always Alive N Firen but I've heard those are hit or miss. I've never personally met a bad one but a lot of people will run the other way from ANF horses. I also like the look of Fly The Red Eye but I've never really paid attention to his offspring (there's none near me) and he right at the top of your budget. |

| With that Great amount of run and speed I would cross her on BHR FRENCHIES SOCKS!!!! I THINK that would be a heck of a cross. |

Location: Where I am happiest | I agree the Frenchmans Guy's would be the way to go with this mare. Frenchmans Fabulous is the #1 sireing son of Frenchmans Guy. Then we have BHR Frenchies Socks and third would be Frenchmans Easy Doc. Pick your weapon and price range as any of the 3 would be awsome. Frenchmans Easy Doc is the least proven and youngest BUT I do think we are going to start seeing big things out of his foals and his mother was a whale of a mare who has already produced a NFR qualifier herself, and being a full sister to a multiple NFR qualifier. |

Location: North Carolina | Alright I'm stuck between these three, Frenchmans Fabulous, BHR Frenchies Socks & Shawne Bug Leo. Which one would you choose for this mare? |

Location: Texas | I did private message her about my stallion GUYS EASY JET. I believe he would cross nicely on her mare with the EJ on her topside with the EJ on his bottom side. We are having lots of nice mares with top trainers breeding to him and will see him as a proven producer soon. We will be announcing some exciting news soon!! |

| There is a really nice colt by our stud that is out of an own daughter of Dash For Cash and making a super nice barrel horse in MN. He is a Graded Stakes winning son of Mr Jess Perry out of a AAA daughter of Takin On The Cashe...and he is in Future Fortunes.

| We own a Brisco County Jr mare and have a 3yo Frenchmans Guy filly out of her. Incredibly nice filly. Sensible, put together beautifully, etc.
I agree with the rest, I would find a Frenchmans Guy son to breed her to. Frenchmans Easy Doc, Frenchmans Fabulous, and A Smooth Guy are my favorite sons
ETA: I forgot about BHR Frenchie Socks - since he is getting older, I would probably choose him.

| BHR FRENCHIES SOCKS is starting to get some age on him!! Just this weekend I know his babies won over $15k!! Paige Willis is closing in on the top 15 in the rodeo standings and one of her main mounts is a BHR!!
Crystal Shumate just places 6th out of nearly 800 at the Southern States Triple Crown Barrel Race and then a 4 yr old gelding Just finished 7th in the 1D at the same Show!! These horses are freaky talented |
