My hubby already gave me a few things, but then he put a few things under the tree and its driving me nuts.  LOL.  I'm almost possitive there's a new guitar under those branches.

I did one year - years ago. I was brilliant in getting it open without so much as a tiny rip. It was a pair of undies that would have fit me when I was 5 years old. I didn't know if it was a compliment or a put down, but I was so surprised when I opened the box on Christmas morning... NOT!! LOL!!!!!!!!

What are your thoughts?  Here's a tip.
?Don't get her anything that plugs in like a vacuum cleaner, an iron, or anything remotely dealing with housework.

Yes, yes I did many years ago. Turns out my Mom was smarter than me - she had switched mine and my sisters name on all the gifts. Everything I was so excited about getting was actually my sister's gifts. LOL

I was a horrible snooper as a kid. I could unwrap presents and make it look like I was never there. I even found them in her car trunk one year after she went to bed. It got so bad that my mom had to hide my presents at my grandparent's or my aunt's house. That worked until one year she couldn't find a few presents she knew she had bought. We found them stashed at my grandma's house a few years later!

I've reformed, now I enjoy the surprise!
