Wanting new conchos for my saddle but not sure how to change them? Never done it before!

Location: In the Hills of Texas
Go to the Caldwell Saddlery site and they have a good tuturoial on how to take conchos off.

Some conchos have the saddle screw glued on so the concho and screw will come out together so you will need to buy saddle screws along with new conchos.

 Most are not glued on and the concho will come off and you just screw your new concho back on.
