Hey everyone, we're starting the build on our new barn soon and we want to build our stall fronts ourselves instead of buying pre fab. Anyone want to share pictures of theirs to help out with design ideas?

Wee built ours out of like 1/4 steel and 2x8 tongue and groove Douglas Fir. They are like BANK VAULTS.

They are so much stouter than ANYTHING on the market - it is definitely worth the time/money.

Tips: measure everything 75 billion times before cutting anything, maker sure you have a very skilled welder doing your metal work, and make sure that YOU approve EVERYTHING.

I walked into the barn after the stalls were done and see these huge, sharp door guards to keep the doors on the tracks - like a foot off the ground, just waiting to sink into a leg and rip lots of juicey tendons out. I had those removed.
