Hi everybody!!! I have a Jim Warner hack that has the rope noseband. The rope is so hard and plastic like. I have vet wrapped it and its ok but I have heard that the chain is less severe. What material do you prefer on your hacks. The rope just bothers me and I feel its more severe. I could be wrong.

Location: MD		i used the rope and wrap it in vet wrap. Ive used leather but never chain and i didn't feel like i was getting the same response with the leather. I feel like with chain there would be a lot of pinching? obviously i could be wrong but I've never had my horses marked up from the rope ones or had them act like it was too much pressure or too much hackamore on them.
