Subject: Bought a pair of soft rides

My horses soft ride boots are falling off/twisting around on his feet. I measured his feet and put the measurements in on soft rides page before ordering. Do you have to put them on extra tight? What's the trick for keeping them in place?

Location: In the land of peanuts and cotton		Mine did the same thing. I ended up having to get a size smaller even though that's what she messured for. Call them Monday and explain it to them. After those didn't work they sent me two other suzes to try and told me to keep the pair that fit and send the other 2 back. Very nice people.
