I need one award halter.  I am working with a limited budget, so need to stay under $50.  I am flexible about the style.  Who do you order halters from?

I would steer clear of the actual tack sets, but everything else we have ordered has been great. We have used them multiple years in a row, we get a catalog mailed to us.
