I got really depressed during my first pregnancy. I pulled a groin muscle at 15 weeks running barrels, and it pained me the whole rest of the time. Plus the way he laid gave me nerve pain, and heartburn...and it was winter. Ugh. I was able to ride longer with my second, and didn't have pain so I walked and did yoga right up to the end. I walked
(waddled
) nearly a mile the night before she was born. Exercise made all the difference in the world. Especially the yoga. The poses I did weren't strenuous, but they were challenging and relaxing at the same time. The breathing poses were super good for stress relief.
